MADE IN VERMONT



Start with 2-3 slabs of Baby Back Ribs, rub with Grandpa Jim's Rib Rub ( 1- 1/2 to 2 Tbs per pound of meat). Rub Generously on both sides of the ribs. Wrap in tin foil and place on a cookie sheet. Put in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Take the ribs out of the foil and place on a preheated grill for approximately 1 hour.  You can add your favorite Grandpa Jim's BBQ Sauce and dig in..... Hmmm Good

Preparation:

Add the cream cheese and BBQ Sauce in a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to blend until the cream cheese is a smooth consistency. Stir in the scallions or chives.  Keep chilled until you are ready to serve.


Uses: Great with your favorite chip, vegetable dip (celery, carrot sticks), or add some to a hamburger as a condiment. Great as a spread on your grilled chicken wrap.   

8 oz   Cream Cheese

2-3    Scallions  (chopped) or Chives

4- TBS   Grandpa Jim's Smoked Chipotle BBQ Sauce
